afterward i reduced images size from 300 dpi to 72 and using tinypng i reduced the size of the master page from 8MB to 1.5 MB and the website is loading faster now, from 4-5s to 1s
and besides i'grand using siteground optimizer, i used an option to catechumen images from png to webp

However, I am having issues with my images. I am using OnePress theme and in the Team section I am trying to upload images of my team. I tried uploading them in different sizes, then all of them to exact size, withal noting is working. My images are cutting pix and not plumbing fixtures into the template.
